BOOKING INFORMATION
The summer season in Cornwall is very busy so we prefer guests to book in advance if possible although we do accommodate walk-ins if we have space.
Our recommendation is to book early to avoid disappointment! The easiest way to book is through the online booking system.
We are open every day throughout the summer season and guests can check in any time from 3pm until 10pm.
Please let us know when you arrive. If you plan to leave or arrive outside of these times please get in touch before booking to confirm that that is possible.
Check out is at 10 am. Also please let us know if you need to leave your luggage with us before or after check out – we can pop it in the secure storage for no extra charge.
Payment by cash or card is required on arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: ID will be required when you check in. Passports, driving licenses or citizenship cards are ideal.
Children aged 12 years and over are welcome.
Sadly our old Victorian building is not wheelchair accessible.
We do not accept stag and hen parties.
You have to cancel within 48 hours before the first day of your stay, otherwise, we will charge you in full for your booking. Other terms might apply if you have booked through a third party (such as AirBnB).
If you contract Covid-19 during your stay and have to leave our premises, we will only charge you for the day of departure. For instance, if you have booked for five days and contract Covid-19 during your second day we will only charge you for your first and second day.
